The children are going well and there is lots going on both inside and outside of the classroom for them.

From trapping stoats to abseiling down cliffs, from running in relay teams to attending the Wearable Arts, from visiting the landfill to singing in Assembly the children continue to embrace the opportunities offered to them with enthusiasm.

At the time of this publication myself and the Leadership Team will be in Auckland visiting Red Beach and Stonefields Schools with an eye to  planning for the rapidly approaching 2016 year.

Shortly we will be closing off feedback around our SunSmart Procedure. Thanks to those who have given us their opinion. Room 12 have been surveying children across the school. Staff have been having discussions also and I will keep you updated with any changes once we have completed our consultation.

We are now halfway through the final term and the swimming season begins shortly. Please support teachers and children by helping at this time.
