Another Waste Free Lunch Tip

Lynda Bardwell —

On Wednesday the Enviro kids were lucky enough to make their own beeswax wraps with Jennie Upton from Enviro Schools.

We think that if more people used these instead of gladwrap it would hugely reduce the amount of rubbish going into the landfills.

First of all we painted our fabric squares with a mixture of beeswax, almond oil and pine resin.  We then ironed our wraps between 2 sheets of baking paper.  We think they are really cool!
