A small group of Wakari School students were lucky enough to visit the Otago Squash Club recently for a coaching session.

Thanks to Mr and Mrs Gribben for organising the visit and sharing their skills. Here are some of the students' highlights from the session:

Kaylea: First we got into pairs and had a go bouncing the ball against the wall to each other. Next Tui and I went to court 3 and practiced with some older girls. I think it was brilliant and a lot of fun!

Tui: I think it was very fun and I think it was a great experience to go and have fun. My favourite part was when we played King of the Court. 

Riley: First we got into groups of two for hitting to each other. Then we played King of the Court. I really enjoyed it and want to play squash again soon.
