  • 6 Modules which take 30 – 60 minutes each to complete.
  • Suitable for parents of children aged 6 to 14 years old.

  • Daily “Mini Missions” to help you feel good.
  • The “All Right” app helps users to improve health and wellbeing by reminding users todo simple things that make a difference.
  • Resources suitable for whanau and all ages.

  • Offers a 5-session course containing short videos, education, and personal stories.
  • Great resource for older children and teenagers who can work through some of the resources themselves.
  • Informative and well-designed worksheets.
  • Course begins with a foundation of understanding anxiety, CBT, elf-talk then builds upon this with an introduction more helpful strategies and development of a wellness plan.
  • Offers a phone app which can be downloaded for free. App sends daily “Melon Mantras” to your phone.
