The trees are looking very bare around Wakari School. The children in Hub 1,2,3 are often found at playtime and lunch time picking up the fallen leaves and discussing their colour, shape and how they feel. We decided to use this experience the children enjoy and paint the empty looking trees.

We decided to use water colours to paint the leaves falling down off the tree. We also wrote some diamond poems to go with our art.
