The Enviroschools Group organise a Fair Trade morning tea for the staff.

The teachers came to the staff room. We made chocolate crackles for them from Fair Trade chocolate. We tasted the crackles, they were delicious! We had so much fun making them. 

We set up the food and the FairTrade tea, coffee and sugar. We talked to the adults about Fair Trade. Luke and Jordan played the ukuleles and sang, the teachers thought that this was great.

We gave the staff a survey to find out what they thought. Nearly everyone said that they liked the food and drinks. They said that they didn't mind if it cost a bit more to buy these things for the staffroom.
