This term we have been learning all about water. Lexi and Holly were really interested when we looked at storm water drains and found out where the storm water went. They were disgusted and saddened when they realised that rubbish that went down storm drains eventually makes its way into our oceans.

Lexi and Holly decided that they needed to do something about this at school.  They independently created a Water Heroes group which meets during lunchtimes with the aim of collecting rubbish around our school.  Lexi has even spent some of her own  money on buying prizes for the person who collects the most rubbish!  Well done girls!
