Term 3 ends on a high

Chris Smith —

Structures have been on top this term and a fabulous expo was held on Tuesday in the Seniors.

It was great to see so many friends and whanau in and about the Senior Hub on Tuesday afternoon attending the Structures Expo. The kids have been fully engaged for a number of weeks across the entire process of designing, prototyping and building their designs.

Our property upgrade continues for our Junior Hub, Roof's and Toilet blocks and work is progressing well. If you have a free couple of hours on the first Friday back we could use a hand to move Rooms 1, 2 and 3 back to the new learning environment.

We received confirmation around a new building project on Wednesday see the article in this publication for more detail, a real win for our community.

As a result of the Measles outbreak we are required to have an up to date immunisation records for all our students.  Last week an email was sent to the families who we require an up to date immunisation form.  This can be brought into the office or click here.  If you child is not immunised please let the office know.

Thanks to everyone for their support of the school across this term, we simply could not deliver what we want too for our learners without your support. Enjoy the break with your kids and see you all early October.

If I can be of help in any way please do drop in to see me.

Regards Chris
