Save Our Seas

Yesterday Duncan (Save Our Seas) and Jenny (Enviroschools) came and spoke to Rooms 7 and 9. We invited him to talk about saving our water and the sea and how to help people to not litter and look after our environment. It was fun hearing what they had to say. Then he gave us gloves and a rubbish bag to collect rubbish in. Then we went down to the office to hand over the $57.50 cheque that Bryce made for us. We raised this money by selling magnets at our Water Expo day.

There is a beach clean up day on Saturday 21st of September at 10:30am at John Wilson Drive if you are interested in cleaning up our beaches.
