The people who made the top 10 from the Wakari cross country walked down to Balmacewen to do the Hills Cluster Cross Country last Monday. We ran in this order: year 4s, year 5s, and then the year 6 girls and then year 6 boys. I felt nervous when I went to the starting line because we had to do two laps. I came third and got a bronze medal and Jack Keen came first and got a gold medal. The other runners did really well and some of us made it to the Otago Cross Country.
