As an introduction to our hospital rebuild project this term, Room 6 visited the Art Gallery last week.

John showed us a range of artworks that taught us a little about the history of medical care in New Zealand and how different colours affect how we feel. He also showed us the first hospital building in Dunedin that still sits in the Octagon today. Then we went to the art room where we designed and created pieces of art to show what the reception at the new Dunedin Hospital might look like.
