Next week Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori will be celebrated all around Aotearoa. The helpful learners from the Room 4 & 5 Hub have put together a video to help teach some everyday Te Reo Māori kupu (words).

The bright young minds from the Room 4 and 5 Hub have been building their ability to say more and more things in Te Reo Māori and thought it would be a fabulous idea to celebrate some of the things they know in an instructional video for our school!

At our school we will be celebrating Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori by exploring whakatauki (proverbs), legends and the language. Our school also wants to be part of the Māori Language Moment, which is happening all around Aotearoa at 12pm on Monday 14th September.
