We are up and literally running.  

We are now well under way with Term 1 and children and teachers have spent time getting to know one another, set boundaries and establish classroom routines. We have also begun our array of extracurricular opportunities for children.

Lots of children have opted into sports teams and performing arts activities already. As always parent/whanau support is always welcome especially with our  Kapahaka group which practise Noon until 12.30pm each Friday and visitors are always welcome.

This year we have our mid term elections for our Board of Trustees. Thanks to those parents who are continuing to do their bit for the pupils of Wakari whether that entails putting away journals, attending camp, parent help on excursions or taking a sports team every piece adds to the Wakari puzzle.
