Last week the Year 1 explorers went for a walk around our Wakari community!  The highlight for us was walking through the beautiful Ferntree Reserve.  We feel so lucky to be living in such a fabulous part of Dunedin!

Here is what one of the Year 1 wordsmiths wrote about the experience:

"Ferntree Reserve is hidden.   There are two paths.   It is green.  I feel like I am walking to the North Pole."
