See how the robotics team is gettng on.

For the past two terms a busy group of Year 5 children have been working on building and programming robots. Pip Dick has been teaching us lots of skills and helping us with our next steps. Our first challenge was to build a robot that went in a straight line. Our next task was to learn to programme it to make a 90 degree turn, then for it to move in a square shape. We have learnt how to make the robot wait a couple of seconds before starting. Our robot is learning to dance to music. We will check out Robocup in a few weekends. 

We have had fun learning about robots and programming them.
