Future All Blacks hone their rugby skills!

Heather Bonney —

The athletic learners from Rooms 8 & 9 had a blast working on their rugby skills with Coach Naomi earlier this week!

Coach Naomi ran a fabulous session with our enthusiastic students from Rooms 8 & 9, working on our running and dodging skills, and then working on our passing skills.  We even practised passing the ball to each other while balanced on one leg!! We finished the session with a Room 8 & 9 favourite game - Ghost Busters!!

This is what some of our wonderful writers had to say about the experience:

On Tuesday we went to Sports Activator. First we did rugby skills. Then we caught a ball on one foot. They we played Ghost Busters. I felt happy because I did well.
