The Room 9 writers have been getting very festive recently, and are enjoying the build up to Christmas! Recently at writing time we have been working on our descriptive writing, and we wondered who would be someone fun to describe?  Can you guess who we chose?  Santa Claus!

The keen learners in Room 9 have been working hard to include similes in their writing to create a picture in their readers' minds.  We have also looked at including some great describing words to add detail to our writing.  We hope you enjoy our Santa Claus descriptions!
