Hub 2/3 have just started to learn how to programme a simple robot called a Beebot.

Last term our hub started to learn about coding by making a list of instructions for a person to follow. We used pictures on a grid and used words like up, down and sideways. This was called unplugged coding. 

We are excited this term to be coding Beebots to move across the room. We are learning how to push the arrow buttons on the top of the Beebot to input the directions. It is great fun to watch them move across the floor by themselves.
