They are looking forward to attending their first training day at the Edgar Centre this Friday, where they will learn about the importance of regular physical activity and some games to introduce to the Senior Hub at school. Thanks to the parents who are helping with transport to and from the Edgar Centre on Friday. The PALs will help with sports team coaching at school as well as Senior Hub fitness sessions and lunchtime activities for all students.
