Last Thursday the Enviro Kids met with Jennie the Enviro Schools Coordinator. We have decided that we are going to give families some useful ideas on how to reduce the amount of rubbish in school lunches along with how you can save money! Here is our first tip.

It is exciting to see that there are so many events on in Dunedin to celebrate Matariki, the Māori New Year. This is a time to celebrate wānaka (learning) and whanaukataka (community spirit).

Last Sunday our Middle and Senior Kapa Haka group (the Tuakana Kapa Haka group) were invited to perform at the Flagstaff Community Church's Matariki service - the children did an amazing job and the audience just loved watching their performance!
