Room 2's Amazing Pirates

On Tuesday, Jade attended the Otago All Abilities Sports Day at the Forsyth Barr Stadium. She really enjoyed having a go at a number of different sports.

Ten Wakari runners headed to the Otago Cross Country on Friday 30th August.

On Wednesday and Thursday the Year 4's headed off on their much anticipated museum sleepover. Everyone had an amazing time and the teachers were so impressed with how polite and well behaved all the children were (despite having very little sleep!) Special thanks to all the parents that came along, we couldn't have done it without you!

In Rooms 10 and 11 we have been learning about germs.

On Thursday mornings the children get to go to their Buddy Class to read. In Room 3 we are lucky enough to go to the fabulous children in Room 10. Last week it was very special as we got to see the new classes. Room 10 and 11 are looking great, and the children enjoyed working in these amazing new spaces.

Each Friday a group of six hardy Seniors head out to the hills around Dunedin to explore the great outdoors.
