How to look after the amazing new addition to our school and community

We are thrilled that our new school playground is such a hit with students and their families.

To assist us with keeping the playground safe and in excellent condition, your support in reinforcing the following with your children would be most helpful:

• Maximum of 4 people in the basket swing at a time

• Students sitting in the basket swings rather than standing

• 20 swings maximum on the basket swing before we stop and give the next group a turn. It is brilliant to see our students lining up so patiently for their turn

• Students going down the slide and up the ladders/climbing walls

• Keeping the bark inside the playground area. We have a fantastic sandpit outside our junior rooms for students to dig

• Not picking at or removing the soft black grip decks (that are stuck on top of the landing zones)

• Eating food outside of the playground area
