Plains FM radio station visit for extension writers group

On Tuesday 8th April, our extension writing group visited the Plains FM radio station on Madras Street. The purpose of this visit was to record their own writing which they had created during the 'Writer's Workshops'. The group enjoyed traveling there in the taxi van and stayed calm and composed as they recorded their poems and stories in the soundproof studio.

These recordings will be collated with several other schools and will eventually be played on the radio station, and be available on podcast at a later date yet to be confirmed. They were amazing representatives of our school!
