Congratulations to Endriyas Kahsay from Ako 12, who competed in the Canterbury Primary Schools Cross Country at Nga Puna Wai on Wednesday 21 June. Endriyas was selected to participate through finishing third in the Year 8 Boys event at the South Zone Cross Country earlier on in the term. 

Special mention also to Isabella Bringas and James Gliddon-Brown (Ako 12), and Willie Wereta and Egor Stikhanovskii (Meremere 9), for also representing Waltham School at the South Zone Cross Country. For the record, Endriyas finished 45th out of 162 competitors from all across Canterbury. A fantastic effort! Well done Endriyas!
