What a fantastic fundraising result last week raising a total of $976.10 to donate to the relief effort after Cyclone Gabrielle. The Student Council decided to donate the money to the Stuff - Give a Little page - which was set up to raise funds for Red Cross and the Mayoral Relief Funds up North. A huge thank you to our very generous community, this is the most we have every raised on a Non-uniform day!

We had a fantastic afternoon on Thursday at our swimming sports at Jellie Park. All children in Years 5-8 competed in at least 1 event. Congratulations to those children who qualified for the Zones swimming sports later this month.

Life Education spent three days here working with our children on well-being including, dealing with big emotions and, further up the school, cyber safety.  All children spent time in the Life Ed truck classroom and met with Harold the Giraffe.

There was a great turn out to the first Friends of Weedons meeting last night. Thanks for your continued support.
