We took 35 students from Year 5-8 to Ngā Puna Wai last Friday to compete in the Zone Athletic Sports.

We had a fantastic day at Ngā Puna Wai last week with our students being very competitive against the other local schools.  

Thank you to all the parents who transported and helped out at the event, as I was on the finish line, it was good to know the students were in capable hands.  I was unable to take too many photos so if parents have any please share them with me.  

We had some personal best heights and distances on the day. The following students qualified for Canterbury Athletics on 30 November by placing in the top 2 for their event:  Jared - High Jump, Kade - 80m, Kase - 1000m, Romeo - 1200m and  the Year 7 relay team.
