McDONALDS DUATHLON

 McDonalds 2023 Duathlon, to be held at South Hagley Park on Sunday 2nd April.

This event, involving run and cycle stages, is for individual entrants aged 7 to 15 years old.

The Rotary Club of Garden City has organised this event for many years to promote the development of healthy, fun loving and well adjusted young people.

Our emphasis is on participation rather than competition and in line with this, all entries go in a lucky draw for two mountain bikes and helmets.

All competitors will on the day receive a competition shirt, which they must wear to compete as well as a medal, certificate and goodie bag.

Incredible years Parenting Program in Weedons - We have an Incredible Years Parenting Programme for parents of children aged 3- 8 years starting in Weedons on Tuesday mornings, 9.30-11.45am. We are hoping our first session will be Tuesday 21st Feb. The programme runs for 14 sessions - however we take a 2 week break for the school holidays.

Numbers are limited and spaces fill fast so if parents can get in touch as soon as possible that would be great (bookings are essential!) Please see Flyer for further information.
