We are wanting to tighten this up further for safety reasons. We have noticed a number of children walking around cars to get in or out of vehicles and some parents getting out of the car while in the drop off zone. Please see guidelines below. We know there are issues with traffic at peak times, we need to work together to keep things flowing and to make things as safe as we can for everyone. We will go over these rules again with the children in tomorrows assembly. Thanks for your ongoing support with this.

Drop-off / Pick-up Zone:

Children must: 

Exit or enter the vehicle from the left hand side of the car (school side)

Follow the path either to the car or the gate 

Driver needs to stay in the car. If you need to get out of the car to help your child in or out please use the carpark.                

Keep the line moving as best we can.

Parking and collecting children from the school grounds:

Please use the carpark or the left hand side of the road heading towards Maddisons Rd. It is important that no-one is parking near the drop-off area. Children leaving through the carpark gate cannot leave without an adult. If you are picking them up from this gate you need to come in and collect them. We will not be letting children walk through the carpark to a waiting car without an adult. This is for their safety as well as setting a good example for younger children.
