Totara - Room 1 - Term 4 - Week 3

Totara’s Top Performer for this term is a person who works hard in everything she does, both inside and outside the classroom. She always shows our school values and is an excellent role model. She has had a great final year at Weedons and we wish her all the best in her next chapter at high school.

Willow is Totara’s final top performer for the year.

Willow has grown in confidence as a Year 8 and her classwork has gone from strength to strength due to the time and effort she puts into it. Her writing is descriptive and well constructed. She’s a competent reader who can discuss a book with increased confidence and is using both these skills across the curriculum to show her understanding.

Willow is a great role model to the younger students at the school and is often seen helping in the playground and in her role as sports captain she leads from the front, running events and encouraging others.

On the sports field she puts 100% into everything she does whether it be netball, running or trying out a new sport. When representing the school she does so with pride and encourages others in her team or event. A great example of our school value, personal best.

She is an exemplary student who we are proud to say was a past pupil of Weedons School.
