Congratulations to Romeo, Summer and Lily who qualified at Selwyn Zone and competed last week in the Canterbury event.

These three swimmers represented Selwyn and Weedons School with pride last week at Canterbury Zones Swimming.

Summer and Lily swam in the Year 5 50m Backstroke and Romeo swam in the Year 8 50 Backstroke.  Lily and Summer both placed in the 20s out of 34 entries and Romeo placed 12th out of 32 entries.  

We are very proud of these athletes and what they have achieved against very tough competition.
