Badminton saw the Senior A win for the second week in a row 6-0 this time against Upper Hutt the big game will be against HIBS in this group. The Senior C team which comprises our top juniors playing up at Senior level currently lead Division 2. And Junior A B and C sit at the top of Junior Division 1.

At Basketball the Senior As went down to Stream but all the other senior teams came away with good wins in their grading round.

Likewise at Junior level all 4 teams won with the As beating HIBS last week and stream this week. All teams sit either 1st or 2nd in their grade as we get to the end of grading

The 1st XI Football team went down 2-0 to Paraparaumu but there were good wins for the 2nds and 3rds. Competitive games across all the grades with the top scorer on the day being Abdullah Abu Assi (yr 10)  who scored 5 for TBrown against Paraparaumu.

1st XI Hockey continue their dominant run beating Onslow 4-0 and there were also  good wins for the 2nds and P3Gold who beat the 1st XI teams from Kapiti and Wellington High.

The 1st XV Rugby team travelled to Hamilton to take on Hamilton Boys High for the Moascar Cup and came up against a semi professional unit that unfortunately showed no mercy winning 59-17. The 2nd XV took on their 2nds and were very competitive losing 19-14.

A great experience though for all and the boys will undoubtedly benefit from playing against the best.

The Colts, Senior XV, U16 gold, U 15 Black and U55 Gold all came away with a  W. Again great to see everyone out there playing and enjoying their sport.

Traditional versus St Pats Town

In the first of our multi code traditionals we played away at St Pats, Evans Bay in perfect conditions.

The Senior A basketball team came away with a comfortable win after a first quarter in which St Pats were competitive. The final score to retain the Taufale Trophy was 112-78.

The 1st XI football team playing for the Williams and Adams Cup came out the wrong side of a tight, competitive game losing 2-1 with the goal to Thomas Nischalke.

The 1st XV Rugby team came through in another close game winning 18-13  to retain the Centennial Shield. Tries to Lorenz Markel-Rere and Seb Hopkins with a conversion and 2 penalties to Archie Sims. Highlights can be seen here:
