In Week 3, the Year 6's from Totara attended a plant out day at the Kowhai Sanctuary. They planted a record 450 plants, observed heaps of native aquatic and terrestrial invertebrates and discovered cool uses for some native plants. The weather was awesome and everybody had a great day.

We are closing in on November which means it will be time for NoWrapVember. The EcoWarriors have prepared a video about why this is such an important initiative. We will add this to the school Facebook page.
