Our West Rolleston girls volleyball team played an amazing 8 games over 3 days at Foster Park.

Over the three days the team had a mixture of wins, draws, and losses before ending their final game with a win. With each game they played, the girls became stronger players as individuals but also as a team. They learned from their losses and draws, and won with excitement and humility.

It was fantastic to see them grow as players and as teammates over the three days, but the proudest moments as their coach came when the other team’s coach would comment on their sportsmanship and honesty.

The team represented West Rolleston with pride and conducted themselves with dignity.
