This week we were so lucky to have a visit from Kimberley Sell and her retired sniffer dog Helga

On Monday afternoon we learnt about the importance of keeping calm around dogs, and if a dog is happy on its own - just leave it. We also got to hear about the importance of biosecurity in our country. 

Dogs are very clever and can sniff our bags at airports and find out if there is any fruit or vegetables inside. We saw Helga sniff three bags and find a bunch of bananas inside Cohens bag! 

Dog safety has been a part of our health programme this term.
