We thought it would be timely to update all of our children's privacy and permission settings in HERO. When you first enrolled your child at West Rolleston Primary School the below information was collected on the enrolment form.

• Internet Usage, I have read the cyber safety agreement and discussed this with my child

• EOTC Trip Permission in the local area

• Publication of Student Image and Works

• Permission for the school to act in the event of injury or illness

• Permission to undergo vision and hearing testing

• I/We agree to ensure my child wears the correct school uniform

• I/We confirm that our child lives in the school zone

• I/We agree to abide by the School Rules, the policy of the board and the principles of the school charter
