Our school is now designed as a Junior [Y1-4] and a Senior [Y5-8] school day.

Year 1 – 4

• 8.55 – 10.40 Learning Block 1

• 10.40 – 11.10 First Break

• 11.10 – 11.25 Morning Tea

• 11.25 – 12.40 Learning Block 2

• 12.40 – 1.10 Second Break

• 1.10 – 1.30 Lunch

• 1.30 – 3.00 Learning Block 3

Year 5 – 8

• 8.55 – 11.00 Learning Block 1

• 11.00 – 11.10 Morning Tea

• 11.10 – 11.40 First Break

• 11.40 – 12.50 Learning Block 2

• 12.50 – 1.10 Lunch

• 1.10 – 1.40 Second Break

• 1.40 – 3.00 Learning Block 3

We have a whole school first break at 10.40am on a Friday

3pm - End of School

3:15pm - Office Closes

This means our juniors will implement the play, eat, learn philosophy.

Research shows the body physiologically responds differently to the two activities – Playing and Eating:

• Play – the body response is more aroused and heightened.

• Eat – the body response is to naturally calm.
