Today we have been informed our Selwyn Central Zone Cross Country will be held in very early Term 3 with the date TBC. On Thursday 2nd July we will be holding our trials for our West Rolleston School Year 5-8 Zones Cross Country team to attend the Selwyn Central Zone Cross-Country event. This event, along with our school fun cross country had been scheduled for late Term 1, however didn’t take place due to the lockdown.

Our event will be an optional event held at 12 midday on Thursday 2 July. The trial will be a timed run on the school field. Learners are invited to register for this event this Friday with their whānau group teacher.

12 midday - Year 5 and 6 (approx 2km)

12:15pm- Year 7 and 8 (approx 3km)

We will look to schedule our whole school fun event in the warmer terms.

We will endeavour to inform learners who have qualified before the end of this term.
