On Monday night our Wearable Arts group showcased their amazing creations at the Cultural Festival.

Congratulations to the amazing learners who spent many hours creating some amazing outfits from recycled materials. 

Outfits were modelled at this years Cultural Festival at Horncastle Arena. The theme for this years show was "Wonderful Weaving".  The outfits pictured are: 

"The Old Fashioned Unicorn" by: Mila Cokojic - Hayman, Kaden Yeung, Jackson Burberry, Jaden Yeung,  Tamara Turner (model) 

"Green Power"  created by: Liam Malins (Model), Stella Smith, Annie-May Mckay, Zander O’Neill, Logan Marquis.

"Korowai Rangatira" crafted by: Riley Sefton(model), Lillie-Mae Gallagher, Maniah Fidow, Emily Spencer, Isabella van Soest, Lillie Walton, Jahna Mete.

"Space Weaved with Earth" put together by: Chelsea Crossland, Alyssa Clarkson, Aimee Price (model)

"Papatuanuku" worked on by: Sophie Forward, Luka Newcombe, Carla Greyling (model)

"Hydro Inferno" by: Rachel Kim, Mase Harrison, Brianna Walton (model).
