Our Vision and Values

In 2022 we were excited to launch our refreshed vision and values.

Organisation 

Our learners will progress through the pathway/te ara of learning spaces and while we focus on ‘stage not age’ the studios are divided into year groups:

New Entrants/Yr 1 Te Kete Kākano (the seed basket) 

Yr 2 and 3 Te Ara Tupu (the emerging path)

Yr 3 and 4 Te Ara Whanake (the growing path) 

Yr 5 and 6 Te Ara Whānui (the broadening path) 

Yr 7 and 8 Te Ara Māia (the strong path) 

Performing Arts Te Puāwaitanga (the blossoming)

Waitaha Te Pā Harakeke (treasured flax collection)

Library & Info Centre Te Kete Mātauranga

Gym Te Wao Nui a Tane

Each team is also supported by our Principal Sylvia Fidow (Ms Fidow) and our Deputy Principal Megan Murray (Mrs Murray), our Assistant Principals Rebecca Lambert (Mrs Lambert), Georgia Jackson (Mrs Jackson) and Anna van der Voort (Mrs van der Voort) who have overall responsibility for learner achievement and learner hauora/well-being.
