On Tuesday 29th of May Aimee and Heath went to Lincoln University for the Lincoln Rotary Club Primary School Quiz Night. At the Quiz Night Aimee, Heath and their families along with Miss Stone and Mrs Murray (Year ⅞ teachers) arrived at 6:00 ready for the night. We had a lovely dinner hosted by the Rotary club before the quiz. At the Quiz the schools were placed in seats towards the front of the auditorium. There were four rounds that consisted of 10 questions per round. Some of the questions were quite hard but others we raced through.

Even though our school didn’t come first we still managed to get an award. The awards consisted of a participation certificate, a $10 paper plus gift voucher and a book of our choice. Heath chose ‘Five children and it’ which is based on E.T and Aimee chose ‘Anne of Green Gables’ whish is based on a girl back in the olden days. Our school came 12th out of 15 year 7/8 school teams.
