Thank you for supporting our NZEI union meeting yesterday. It is frustrating for all of us that the negotiations are still on-going and that in fact the Government have made matters worse by putting pay parity (we fought so hard for pay parity with our secondary colleagues) on the table.

Building a legacy for our children through community fundraising projects

People with the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) and Hypermobile spectrum disorders (HSD) often identify themselves as zebras.

On Friday 31 May we are having a fund-raiser mufti day for children and adults who suffer from EDS as it directly affects a family in our school community - (my family - Lauren). Please wear black and white zebra stripes and bring a gold coin donation.

The office provides learners with spare uniform if they have an accident or get wet outside and need some spare clothes. Unfortunately most of the items handed out this term have not been returned and we are in desperate need of them to please be bought back cleaned and washed. If you have any at home that are labelled school please return. Many Thanks

The Board of Trustees primary purpose is to ensure that every learner at our school is able to attain their highest possible standard of education achievement.

This term we are so lucky to be having a visit from the Life Education Trust Mobile Classroom

Our school disco is on Friday 24th May - Junior 3.15pm - 4.45pm $5.00 entry and includes a goody bag and Seniors 5.15pm to 6.45pm Gold coin entry (see more details below). Any baking donations will be warmly received and can be dropped off to the gym kitchen on Friday morning. All funds raised are going towards the junior playground equipment.

GROW are again selling the Entertainment book to raise funds for the school.
