It has been great to have our learners back attending school on-site this past two weeks. The learning studios have been very relaxed and the children appear to have enjoyed returning to their teachers, their friends and the routine of school life, albeit whilst regularly hand-washing and sanitising.

From Monday 18th May we have been advised by the Ministry of Education to track all visitors onto the School grounds. We will be doing this using our School App which over the next few days will have a new function in the side menu called "COVID-19 Check-In." We will send out an alert in the next day or two with further instructions on how this will work. Please ensure you have the School App downloaded on your phone by searching SchoolAppsNZ in the app store or Google Play Store. There will be an app update coming out over the next few days so come Monday please ensure you have the latest version by checking the app store for an update. Please remember to download the West Rolleston Primary School APP. It is a great way for us to communicate with our families. We have updated our groups so please have a look to see which groups you would like to receive alerts for.

School photographs will be on Tuesday 4th August 2020. Photographs will start at 08:15am for family photos with school aged children only (if you require a family photo please ensure you or your children attend the gym at 8:15am, there is no reason to contact the office and book for these, just turn up at 8:15am), followed by individual photos. All school photos will all be taken in the school gym.
