The WSCA Team is looking forward to hosting the Glow in the Dark Disco on Friday 11th August!

Junior (Years 0 - 4) 5.00pm to 6.00pm

Senior (Years 5 - 8) 6.30pm to 7.30pm

We would like to ensure the safety of your children and ask that you please complete the form below. Please complete 1 form per child attending the disco.

ALL children (including senior students) MUST be collected from the hall by a parent or caregiver. Parents or caregivers will be phoned if not at the hall to collect children.

Parents/caregivers can enter through the main doors to the hall, collect their child, then exit at the side of the hall by the stage. There will be a WSCA Team Member available to show you the exit.
