Exciting Start to Our STEM Journey!
Our exciting new STEM initiative is now underway, and students are eagerly diving into engaging, hands-on learning experiences!
With weekly lessons in Year 5 and 6 classes, students are exploring key digital skills and foundational STEM concepts.
Over the past three weeks, students have:
Learned how to use Keynote on the iPads to create and present their ideas.
Explored Keynote Animation to bring their ideas to life.
Developed skills in using Google Sheets to represent data.
Discovered the binary alphabet and created binary keyrings with their initials.
Practiced using Apple Airdrop to efficiently share files.
Learned how to generate and share their work as QR codes for easy access.
As students continue to build upon these skills in the coming weeks, I look forward to seeing their knowledge, enthusiasm, and creativity flourish!
