The Westburn School Community Association (WSCA) is holding a Bingo night with ‘Ethel and Bethel Bingo Babes’ on Friday 25th August 2017 to support its fundraising focus for the next 3 years, which is the refurbishment of the outdoor environments at Westburn School. Our first step is the creation of an indoor-outdoor learning space to the north of the rooms 13-15 block. A design has been commissioned and we anticipate completing the plan in several stages over the next 18-24 months.

The Bingo night is a great opportunity for the Westburn Community to get together and have fun. In order to make this night a success, we are looking for sponsorship from the Westburn Community. WSCA is appealing for 3 types of sponsorship-Financial, Prize and Food & Beverage.

• Financial Sponsorship will be used to pay the cost of the evening. There are 3 levels of financial sponsorship - Gold, Silver and Bronze.
  
• Prize Sponsorship - we are requesting the donation of goods and services which can be used as prizes for Bingo as well as additional games and raffles during the evening.
  
• Food and Beverage - we are requesting the donation of food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) which we can supply on the evening as we will supply supper and will have a liquor licence.
  

All sponsors will be acknowledged on the evening and to the Westburn Community in the school newsletter.
