Please see the attached flyer about a 'Wise Up' opportunity available to our families.

Wise-Up supports children with anxiety or big feelings and helps to buildup self-esteem and confidence. Workshops are also offered to caregivers so they can support the children attending the programme. The programme is aimed for 8-10 year olds who can self-manage in a group setting.

The next community Wise-Up will be held at the Christchurch West Methodist Parish (Upper Riccarton) from the 6th May 2025.

Tuesdays @ 3.45pm for 8 weeks.
