WISE-UP is an 8 session life skills programme for 8-10 year olds. It supports children to recognise feelings and emotions, and explores new and different ways of dealing with these. Workshops are also offered to support and inform caregivers of the children attending the programme.

This is an 8 week programme focused on supporting children managing big emotions, and building up of self-esteem and confidence.

It is best suited to those children who can manage themselves in a group environment.

Thursday 22nd February – Thursday 11th April

3.45 – 4.45pm

Hornby Community Centre.

2 Parent sessions: Thursday 14th March & Thursday 11th April (Same place and time, just in a different room).
