An analogy that can be used to explain how PB4L works, is by comparing it to improving the life of fish in a stream. To improve the lives of the fish we wouldn’t focus on each individual fish, instead, we would focus on improving the condition of the whole stream, working to improve water quality, ensure good resources and looking at the stream as a whole organism.

PB4L will work like this is in our school. Rather than a focus on each individual child, the process will help us to implement a supportive environment and better systems that will enable each of our students to consistently make positive behaviour choices.
