At Westburn Te Kura o Hereora we offer a seamless education from Years 1 to 8, reducing transitions in schooling and ensuring consistency and quality relationships for our students and their whānau.

This allows us to build on our students’ skills, interests, and successes, and to provide a holistic approach to their schooling. It also allows our teachers to differentiate learning programmes that enable our students to take an active part in their education.

Our Year 7 & 8 students enact our school’s vision, Today’s Learners, Tomorrow’s Leaders, undertaking roles and responsibilities within our school and community and providing younger students with positive role models of our vision and values.
