Our Digital Technology Department is dedicated to helping students with designing and developing digital outcomes (DDDO).

Junior and Middle School students have been learning about 3D and VR user interfaces by trialling the Oculus Quest 2 in class. Students have loved the opportunity to have hands-on fun and exercise with “Beat Sabre”. Another popular experience has been “The Climb 2” which challenges their coordination and nerve and they virtually experience Outdoor Ed mountain climbing.

Our senior students in 12-13DTHM have been developing VR apps using Aframe.io and Cospaces.io, so watch this space for VR School Tour apps and virtual art galleries filled with 3D designs.
